Mental health is deeply personal, and rarely linear.
The work here is a relationship, entered at your pace, and held without judgment.
Counseling at Elevate Transformation is grounded in ethical practice, cultural humility, and evidence-informed approaches that support real healing. You are seen as a whole person, never a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
Sessions are collaborative. You set the pace; the clinical structure, presence, and expertise come from us. When welcomed, faith-informed perspectives are woven in with respect, and never imposed.
Counseling is tailored to what you bring. These are the areas of focus most often woven into the work.
One-to-one counseling for trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, mood concerns, life transition, and adjustment to disability or illness. Held in a confidential, unrushed telehealth setting.
Focused, compassionate support for those carrying loss or the lasting weight of traumatic experience. Together we move at a pace that honors your capacity, working toward healing, meaning, and a renewed sense of safety.
From adolescents to older adults, counseling here is welcoming to everyone, from all walks of life.
Every session is conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Your privacy is protected under Washington State law and HIPAA; the limits of confidentiality are reviewed together at intake.
The work draws on CBT, trauma-focused modalities, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based counseling — matched to you, not applied from a template.
You are not alone on this journey toward change and growth. Goals are set together, revisited often, and adjusted as your needs evolve.
