No. Elevate Transformation is a private-pay and contractual practice and does not accept or bill insurance. This structure allows care to be guided by your goals and clinical judgment rather than insurance requirements. Fees are reviewed with you during your initial consultation.
Mental health counseling is provided by secure telehealth. Vocational rehabilitation services are available both by telehealth and in person. All services are for residents of Washington State.

If you reach a voicemail, please leave a message; calls and messages are returned within 24 to 48 business hours. From there, we arrange an initial consultation to discuss your goals and whether the practice is the right fit. There is no obligation.
Yes. Your privacy is protected under Washington State law and HIPAA. The limits of confidentiality, meaning the specific situations where disclosure may be legally required, are reviewed together at intake so you know where things stand from the outset.
