This practice grew from a life of service — to country, to community, and now to the people who walk through these doors.
Elevate Transformation Counseling & Therapy is a private, Washington State telehealth and in-person practice offering mental health counseling and vocational rehabilitation under one roof. It was founded by Jurea Rubit, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran whose path has moved through military service, federal work, education, and ministry before arriving at counseling and rehabilitation.
That journey shapes the work. Having navigated transition, service, and the process of rebuilding, Jurea brings both professional training and personal understanding to each person served. The practice is intentionally kept small, so that every client receives the time, discretion, and attention meaningful change requires.
To provide compassionate, professional, and culturally attuned care that honors each person's dignity, meets them where they are, and supports real movement toward healing, growth, and meaningful work.
Care that recognizes the impact of trauma and moves at a pace that honors your capacity and safety.
Respect for the whole of who you are — background, belief, and story — without prejudice or assumption.
A path built outward from what is strong in you, not only what is difficult.
As a retired Air Force veteran, a VA-accredited Claims Agent, and a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University, Jurea brings both clinical training and lived understanding to the people served — adolescents, adults, and older adults; veterans, military families, and civilians navigating disability, loss, and transition.
The work is trauma-informed and holistic, honoring the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of each person's story. Faith-informed care is offered when welcomed, and never assumed.
Every relationship begins with a private consultation. There is no obligation, and no rush.
