A discreet, deeply personal counseling and vocational rehabilitation practice for individuals ready to do meaningful work. Trauma-informed. Culturally attuned. Held with care, from a place of genuine understanding.
Healing is not a service you purchase. It is a relationship you enter — slowly, and with someone who has walked difficult ground themselves.
Elevate Transformation is a boutique practice, intentionally kept small. We do not aim to see everyone. We aim to serve a limited number of clients exceptionally well, with the time, discretion, and attention that meaningful change requires.
Every engagement begins with a private consultation — an unhurried conversation to understand what brings you here and whether we are the right fit for one another. There is no obligation, and no rush.
Rare among practices, we bring together licensed mental health counseling, sex and intimacy therapy, and certified vocational rehabilitation under a single, integrated philosophy of care.
Individual counseling for trauma, grief, anxiety, life transition, and the adjustment that follows profound change. Held in a confidential, unrushed telehealth setting.
Discreet, affirming counseling for concerns of intimacy, desire, connection, and sexual wellbeing. A judgment-free space to address one of the most human — and most rarely spoken of — parts of life.
Strengths-based guidance and formal vocational evaluation for adults navigating disability, injury, or career transition. A path back to meaningful, sustainable work — grounded in objective assessment of who you are and what you can do.
Safety and trust come first. We understand how trauma reshapes the nervous system, and we move at a pace that honors your capacity — returning a sense of control to you at every step.
Your heritage, faith, and lived experience are not footnotes to your care. They are central to it. When welcomed, faith-informed perspectives are woven in with respect and never imposed.
We begin with what is already strong in you. Every plan is built outward from your resilience, using evidence-informed methods to support durable, whole-person growth.
I built this practice around a conviction: that people heal most fully when they feel genuinely seen, and when the person guiding them has known hardship firsthand.
As a medically retired Air Force veteran, a VA-accredited Claims Agent, and a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to the people I serve — veterans, military families, and individuals navigating disability, loss, and transition.
My work is trauma-informed and holistic, honoring the emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of each person's story. Faith-informed care is offered when welcomed, and never assumed.
Care informed by lived military experience — for those navigating service, separation, moral injury, and the long work of coming home.
Support for spouses and families carrying the weight of deployment, relocation, and the particular strains of a life in service.
A steady, compassionate presence for those moving through loss — sudden, anticipated, or the kind the world rarely acknowledges.
Adjustment counseling and vocational guidance for those whose lives, work, and sense of self have been reshaped by change.
Because our practice is intentionally small and each engagement is tailored, fees and current availability are discussed privately during your complimentary initial consultation — never posted, never one-size-fits-all.
This allows us to understand your needs first, and to recommend the right level of care before any conversation about cost. A sliding scale may be available where there is demonstrated need.
