The Organization
Elevate Transformation Counseling and Therapy, PLLC, provides professional counseling and vocational services via telehealth. We support healing, transformation, and recovery in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Elevate Transformation Counseling and Therapy, PLLC is a Washington State–based counseling practice founded by a minority woman, disabled veteran, LMHCA, and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). We provide individual and group counseling with a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach.

Jurea Rubit, LMHCA, CRC, Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling, Doctoral Student – Saybrook University. Experienced in supporting diverse populations, military, and veteran clients, integrating holistic and faith-informed perspectives when requested. While she is in the training status, her counseling work is being supervised by a licensed mental health counselor: La Tonya Littleton (LH60306133).
